- 4 ounce Swiss cheese
- 4 serving turkey pepperoni
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 medium carrot
- 2 cup mango cubes, frozen
- Preheat a sandwich press (or large non-stick skillet). Assemble sandwich by layering cheese, pepperoni and a slice of tomato onto each of 4 slices of bread; top off with second slice. Place into pre-heated sandwich press; cook until cheese has melted and bread has turned golden brown.
- Serve with carrot sticks and frozen mango.
