- 1 spray , about 1/3 second (1 NLEA serving) cooking spray
- 2 medium avocado
- 4 large egg
- 4 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 apricot apricot
- 2 cup milk
- Spray a skillet and turn on to medium high. Cook eggs one by one by cracking the whole egg in a hot skillet. Flip each egg when it is no longer runny. Cook on both sides.
- Slice avocados in half. and serve with whole wheat toast, apricots and a small glass of milk.
