- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large egg
- 4 slice bread, whole wheat
- 4 tbsp jam, all-fruit
- 2 fruit (3-3/4″ dia) grapefruit
- 2 cup milk
- Drizzle a small amount of oil into a non-stick skillet; heat over medium heat. Add as many eggs as you can cook at a time; cook egg to desired firmness.
- Serve with toast and jam, grapefruit slices and a small glass of milk.
