Gingerbread Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender.
  • Blend until the desired consistency is reached, adding ice as well if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
