- 4 medium orange
- 1 medium apple
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Using a small sharp knife, slice the very top of the oranges off; carve out the inside and cut into bite size pieces.
- Dice apple and cucumber; mix together with orange pieces.
- Place fruit back inside oranges, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
