- 2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 cup, unthawed blackberries, frozen
- 1 cup, chopped walnuts
- Mix yogurt and blackberries together. Put into 4 separate individual containers. Top with walnuts.
- Eat while the berries are frozen, or allow to defrost a bit and softer.
