  • 2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup, unthawed blackberries, frozen
  • 1 cup, chopped walnuts


  • Mix yogurt and blackberries together. Put into 4 separate individual containers. Top with walnuts.
  • Eat while the berries are frozen, or allow to defrost a bit and softer.
