  • 2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup oats, dry
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seed kernels
  • 1/2 cup raisins, seedless
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Scoop 1/2 cup of yogurt into each of 4 bowls. Then, top with a small amount of each additional ingredient. (You may want to allow time for the blueberries to thaw first.)
  • Serve immediately.
