Frozen Pineapple on a Stick

  • 1 medium pineapple


  • Cut away outside of pineapple. Cut the edible portion of the pineapple into slices about 5 in x 1.5 in x 1.5 in. No need to be exact or have a perfect  shapes. Insert Popsicle sticks in at the bottom and freeze on a wax paper lined cookie sheet for 1-2 hours or until frozen. Enjoy! Store in the freezer in a plastic bag.
