Frozen Fruit Bites

  • 1 cup (8 fl oz) Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 1 cup, sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries


  • Rinse and pat dry your berries.  You can leave strawberries whole or cut them in half.  Roll all berries in yogurt, place them on a parchment or foil lined dish and place them in the freezer for approximately one hour, or until the yogurt hardens.  Enjoy!
