Frozen Cherry Pops

  • 2 cup cherries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoon lime juice


  • Remove stems and pits from cherries. Add to a saucepan along with water, honey, and lime juice. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until cherries have softened; allow to cool. Place in a food processor or blender and puree. Mixture may be strained if desired to remove any large pieces.
  • Pour puree into Popsicle molds and freeze overnight or until hardened.
