- 10 large dates, pitted
- 3/4 cup almonds, whole
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup oats, dry
- 2 medium banana
- 2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- Place dates in a bowl, cover with water, and allow to soak for 30 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel, then remove the pits.
- Place pitted dates, almonds, and coconut oil into a blender. Pulse until the almonds have begun to chop into smaller pieces, leaving a chunky mixture.
- Divide equally among 4 dishes; top with flaked coconut, raw oats, sliced bananas, and milk.
- Serve immediately.
