- 4 medium apple
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup (not packed) raisins, seedless
- Wash and core apples. Cut into large chunks and place into high-powered blender along with lemon juice, apple juice, sugar, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Top off each serving with a sprinkle of raisins.
