Ingredients

  • 12 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise, light
  • 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 1 medium bell pepper, red
  • 4 leaf spinach
  • 8 jumbo black olives, canned

Serve With

  • 4 medium peach

Instructions

  • For each triple decker sandwich, use three slices of bread and cut into quarters.
  • Spread light mayo on each slice and stack onto a skewer with turkey, pepper, and spinach.  Use a longer slice of red pepper at the top for a tongue, and between the last layer, use olives for the eyes. Secure with a toothpick.
  • Serve with peaches.
