- 3 medium apple
- 1 medium lemon
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- Wash, core and chop apples. Toss with juice of lemon to prevent browning.
- Whisk together yogurt and honey (omit honey if you are using sweetened yogurt).
- Top apples with nuts, berries, and a dollop of the yogurt mixture, or stir all together until well coated and mixed.
