Egg-celent Morning

Ingredients

  • 4 large EGG, HARD-BOILED
  • 4 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 4 tbsp jam, all-fruit
  • 4 fruit (2-5/8″ dia) orange
  • 2 cup Milk, Low fat 1%

Instructions

  • Place eggs in saucepan, fully covering with water. Heat water on high until rapid boil.  Remove from heat, cover and allow to sit for 20 minutes.  Run eggs in cool water until able to touch and peel.
  • Toast bread, spread with jam.  Serve eggs and toast with an orange and a small glass of milk.
