Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large egg white
  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 4 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, red

Serve With

  • 2 medium apple
  • 2 medium pear

Instructions

  • Preheat skillet with olive oil.  Cooking each sandwich separately, whisk together 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon milk, and cook until it is no longer runny, flipping half way in between cooking.
  • Toast 2 slices of bread, top one slice with egg, cheese. 1 slice of tomato, then second slice of bread.
  • Serve with apple and pear wedges.
