Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 4 large egg
  • 4 medium bagel, wheat

Serve With

  • 4 medium banana

Instructions

  • Heat skillet to medium high. Slice avocado and tomato; set aside.
  • Add one egg to the hot skillet; break the yolk and cook on both sides until no longer runny. Repeat until all eggs have been cooked.
  • Toast bagels, then add an egg, avocado slices, and a tomato slice to each.
  • Serve bananas on the side.
