- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 4 large egg
- 4 medium bagel, wheat
- 4 medium banana
- Heat skillet to medium high. Slice avocado and tomato; set aside.
- Add one egg to the hot skillet; break the yolk and cook on both sides until no longer runny. Repeat until all eggs have been cooked.
- Toast bagels, then add an egg, avocado slices, and a tomato slice to each.
- Serve bananas on the side.
