- 2 medium cucumber
- 2 ounce ricotta cheese, part skim milk
- 1 cup raspberries
- Slice cucumber into rounds. Optional- cut with small flower cookie cutters instead.
- Place a small amount of ricotta on center of cucumber (for glue). Add the raspberry for the center of the flower.
