Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 4 serving crackers, whole-wheat
  • 12 slice ham, deli sliced
  • 2 medium tangerine (mandarin orange)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cup yogurt, plain

Instructions

  • Peel cucumber and slice. Add all ingredients to a lunchbox in individual containers. –>don't forget your love note!
