Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats, dry
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter, all-natural
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Cook oats as directed on package.
  • While still hot, stir into each serving 1/4 cup of milk (or your favorite milk substitute) and 1 tbsp of peanut butter.
  • Top off each serving with 1/2 sliced banana, 1 Tbsp wheat germ and 1 Tbsp seeds. Serve warm.
