- 30 ounce chickpeas (garbanzo beans), canned
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas; pat dry. In a large bowl combine chickpeas, olive oil, salt, and cinnamon; toss to coat.
- Spread onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
