  • 30 ounce chickpeas (garbanzo beans), canned
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas; pat dry. In a large bowl combine chickpeas, olive oil, salt, and cinnamon; toss to coat.
  • Spread onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.
