- 30 ounce chickpeas (garbanzo beans), canned
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Rinse, drain and pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel; remove as much moisture as possible.
Place chickpeas into a bowl and toss with oil and salt; lay out evenly onto baking sheet. Bake for 50-60 minutes, shaking pan around halfway through as a way to rotate chickpeas around. Allow to cool before eating.
