Cranberry Tuna Wrap

  • 1 stalk celery
  • 10 ounce tuna, canned in water
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise, light
  • 1/4 cup cranberries, dried
  • 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
  • 4 leaf outer lettuce

Serve With

  • 4 medium apple


  • Chop celery and drain tuna.
  • Mix celery, tuna, mayo, and cranberries together in a bowl.
  • Spread 1/4 of the mixture onto each tortilla, then top with a lettuce leaf. Roll up tightly.
  • Serve with sliced apples on the side.
