- 1 stalk celery
- 10 ounce tuna, canned in water
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise, light
- 1/4 cup cranberries, dried
- 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
- 4 leaf outer lettuce
- 4 medium apple
- Chop celery and drain tuna.
- Mix celery, tuna, mayo, and cranberries together in a bowl.
- Spread 1/4 of the mixture onto each tortilla, then top with a lettuce leaf. Roll up tightly.
- Serve with sliced apples on the side.
