Ingredients

  • 3 cup water
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 2 medium apple
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  • Pour water into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, add oats. Bring back to a boil, keeping a close eye to prevent boiling over. Reduce heat; cover, and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until oats have reached desired tenderness.
  • Dice apples. Top each serving of oats with apples, cranberries, a sprinkling of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
