- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 cup oats, dry
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 tablespoon almond butter
- 4 cup milk
- 2 medium banana
- Mix cocoa powder, oats, honey, and almond butter.
- Form into balls. Or, if you prefer, you can easily transform this into a smoothie by adding all the ingredients to a blender along with the milk. Sweeten as desired.
- Serve with bananas.
