- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 3 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- 4 medium plum
- Mix oats, water and allspice in a medium saucepan and cook according to package directions. Remove from heat; stir in coconut flakes and coconut milk.
- Serve oatmeal warm with chopped plums on top or on the side.
