Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup raisins, seedless
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/8 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except coconut flakes. Shape into 1-inch balls, then roll in the coconut.
  • Chill for at least an hour before serving.
