- 3 1/2 cup coconut water
- 2 cup oats, dry
- 1 cup, frozen mixed berries, frozen
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- Boil coconut water in a pot over medium heat. Stir in oats and frozen berries. Cook about 5 minutes (for rolled oats, or 1-3 minutes for quick), stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes till cool.
- Divide among four bowls, and sprinkle each bowl with coconut.
