Coconut Cranberry OatmealPrint Pin Rate
- 2 cup coconut milk
- 2 cup oats, dry
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 2 ounce coconut flakes
- Add coconut milk to saucepan and bring to a boil. Add oats, salt, honey and cranberries and cook stir occasionally until oats have absorbed most of the liquid.
- Divide into 6 bowls and sprinkle with coconut.
