Ingredients

  • 4 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, low fat
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 medium apple

Serve With

  • 2 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla

Instructions

  • Toast bread and spread each slice with 1 tablespoon cream cheese.
  • Towards the top of the toast, lay out 3-4 blueberries in a curve to create each eyebrow. Under the eyebrows, place slices of banana with a small amount of chia seeds sprinkled onto the center for the eyes. Use a raspberry for the nose and a slice of apple for the mouth.
  • Serve clown toast with remaining fruit and yogurt.
