Clown Toast

Ingredients
- 4 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, low fat
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 medium banana
- 2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 medium apple
Serve With
- 2 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
Instructions
- Toast bread and spread each slice with 1 tablespoon cream cheese.
- Towards the top of the toast, lay out 3-4 blueberries in a curve to create each eyebrow. Under the eyebrows, place slices of banana with a small amount of chia seeds sprinkled onto the center for the eyes. Use a raspberry for the nose and a slice of apple for the mouth.
- Serve clown toast with remaining fruit and yogurt.
