Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Cut sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch-thick slices. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle oil over top.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon (more or less to taste) and bake for 30 minutes until crispy.
