Chicken Salad Wrap

  • 8 ounce rotisserie chicken
  • 2 stalk celery
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, light
  • 1/4 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1/8 cup dill weed, fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat


  • Shred chicken and add to a large bowl. Dice celery, halve grapes, slice green onions and chop pecans; add all to bowl with shredded chicken. Mix mayo, yogurt, chopped dill, salt and pepper into the chicken. Stir in 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and juice of the lemon.
  • Add an even amount of chicken salad to each tortilla. Wrap tightly and slice in half. Serve any extra grapes on the side.
