- 1/2 pound chicken breast
- 4 medium carrot
- 4 large pita, whole wheat
- 1 cup lettuce, romaine
- 1/16 cup olive oil
- 2 strawberries
- Dice leftover chicken; grate two carrots and cut the remaining two into sticks.
- Cut pita in half, open, and place lettuce into each half. Stuff with chicken and grated carrot. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve with carrot sticks and strawberries.
