- 2 medium apple
- 2 cup, chopped kale
- 2 cup cherries, frozen
- 3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 medium bagel, wheat
- Peel, core, and slice apples.
- Combine kale, frozen cherries, apple slices and 1 cup water in a high powered blender. Blend for 1 minute, then add vanilla extract and remaining water.
- Blend again for 1-3 minutes or until completely smooth.
- Divide smoothie into 4 equal servings and serve with a bagel.
