Ingredients

  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 4 medium hamburger buns, whole wheat

Serve With

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 medium carrot

Instructions

  • Layer 1 slice of cheese, spinach and 1-2 slices of tomatoes on hamburger bun.
  • Place in grill press if available, or just eat cold!
  • Serve with berries and organic baby carrots.
