- 4 medium spinach tortilla wrap
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cup spinach
- 4 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cup strawberries
- Layer 2 tortillas with cheese and spinach. Chop broccoli into small pieces and add 1 cup to tortillas. Top off with remaining 2 tortillas. Use a sandwich press to heat each tortilla until cheese has melted.
- Cut each quesadilla into quarters. Serve with salsa for dipping. Serve remaining broccoli and strawberries on the side.
