- 1 medium apple
- 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
- 1 cup Swiss cheese
- 4 ounce ham
- 4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 medium carrot
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, 3 tablespoons (1 ounce) of diced ham, followed by 4 thin slices of apples.
- Fold tortilla in half and heat with a grill press.
- Serve with a small side salad or other vegetable of choice.
