- 4 medium carrot
- 2 stalk green onion
- 1/2 cup hummus
- Wash, peel, and chop carrots into rounds. Slice green onions.
- Stick a toothpick in the top of each carrot slice, then slide a small slice of green onion onto the toothpick for the pumpkin stem.
- Serve with hummus for dipping.
