Servings: 4 1/2 cup carrots, 1/4 cup hummus
- 2 cup carrots, baby
- 1 cup hummus
- Slice baby carrots into “coins.” (If you don’t have baby carrots, regular carrots work just as well.)
- Serve alongside hummus for dipping.
