“Candy Corn” Parfait

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin, canned
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
  • 4 cup multigrain cereal

Serve With

  • 4 medium plum

Instructions

  • Mix 1 cup vanilla yogurt with approximately 1/4 cup pumpkin puree. Add more if it is not orange in color. Then, mix 1 cup vanilla yogurt with approximately 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder. (This could also work with cocoa powder, adding a small amount at a time). Add more if a darker brown is desired.
  • In a clear glass (if possible) place a tablespoon or two at the bottom of glass.  Next add the pumpkin yogurt, then chocolate yogurt and finally top with 1/4 cup cereal. Place a spider ring around the spoon for added spookiness! Add a plum or other fruit on the side.
