- 1 pound beef, ground, 95% lean
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- 4 medium rolls, French
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 cup grapes
- Mix ground beef with seasoned salt. Form into 4 patties. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Cook patties on each side until browned and cooked through. At the end of cooking time, add 1 ounce of cheese to each patty.
- Slice french rolls in half. Slice avocados and tomatoes.
- Add burgers to the rolls; top with avocado, lettuce, and tomatoes. Serve with grapes.
