Ingredients

  • 6 large egg white
  • 4 large egg
  • 4 ounce turkey sausage
  • 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
  • 1 cup salsa

Serve With

  • 4 medium clementine

Instructions

  • Preheat medium sized skillet; whisk together eggs and set aside.
  • Spray skillet and cook sausage until no longer pink; breaking up into pieces while it cooks. Add eggs, scramble together until eggs are no longer runny.
  • Warm tortillas in microwave; about 10 seconds. Fill tortillas with egg mixture, top with salsa; serve with clementine.
