Broccoli Salad and Bagels

  • 1/4 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, light
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, cider
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 cup broccoli, florets
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 4 medium bagel, wheat
  • 4 slice ham, deli sliced
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese


  • Whisk dressing ingredients together (Yogurt, mayo, vinegar, and honey), set aside. Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.  Place broccoli, cranberries, nuts and seeds into a large bowl; pour in dressing and mix thoroughly.
  • Slice bagels in half. Top each bottom half with a serving of ham and cheese. Replace top. Serve bagels with broccoli salad.
