- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cup grapes
- Chop broccoli.
- Spread pizza sauce onto each rice cake, then sprinkle with cheese and top with broccoli.
- Serve with grapes on the side.
