Ingredients

  • 4 ounce pasta, shapes
  • 4 cup broccoli, florets
  • 1/4 medium onion, red
  • 2 cup grapes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, light
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar, red wine
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Serve With

  • 8 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 4 stick string cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, chop broccoli into small pieces, dice onion, and halve grapes.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, onion, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add broccoli, hot cooked pasta, and grapes to the mayonnaise mixture; stir to coat.
  • Cover and chill for 3 hours.
  • Serve cold pasta salad with cheese sticks and rolled turkey slices on the side.
