Ingredients

  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 2 cup (not packed) COTTAGE CHEESE, LOWFAT
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1/4 cup, sliced ALMONDS
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Toast bread. Top each slice with approximately 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and 1/8 cup pineapple. Sprinkle with almonds and coconut flakes, then serve immediately.
