- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 2 cup (not packed) COTTAGE CHEESE, LOWFAT
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1/4 cup, sliced ALMONDS
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- Toast bread. Top each slice with approximately 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and 1/8 cup pineapple. Sprinkle with almonds and coconut flakes, then serve immediately.
