Citrus Fruit Yogurt
- 1/3 cup plain yogurts
- 1 TBL. Orange juice
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- Assorted fruit like blueberries and bananas

FRUIT:
Babies, ages 9-12 months can eat about 6-8 TBL of fruit per day. The best soft fruits for those babies who haven’t quite got their teeth in yet are:
- Bananas
- Ripe pears
- peaches
- honeydew
- cantaloupe
- applesauce
- avocados
Although the amount is minimal, introducing your babies to a variety of fruits and vegetables during this stage will help them to develop their taste buds for different textures and flavors.
