Breakfast Egg Sandwich

  • 4 large egg
  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 medium tomato, red
  • 4 medium orange


  • Hard boil eggs first.  While they cool, slice tomato. Once eggs cool, slice them.
  • Toast bread, add sliced eggs, tomatoes, spinach and other desired condiments.  Serve with oranges.
