Servings: 4 2 burritos
- 1 none cooking spray
- 1 cup broccoli, florets
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 medium tomato, red
- 6 large egg
- 8 medium tortilla, whole wheat
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- 2 cup grapes
- Heat skillet on medium heat, spray with cooking spray. Saute veggies for one minute. Whisk together eggs, and add to skillet with veggies. Cook until no longer runny. Remove from stove top. In a second skillet, heat tortillas for about 1 minute, each. Fill each with an equal amount of eggs, top off with 1/2 ounce cheese.
- Serve immediately with grapes or any other fruit you may have on hand.
