- 8 slice turkey bacon
- 4 cup lettuce, romaine
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 1 medium avocado
- 3 medium carrot
- 2 stalk celery
- 4 medium banana
- Cook bacon as directed on package; allow to cool, then crumble and set aside.
- Roughly chop lettuce, dice tomato, and slice avocado. Cut carrots and celery into sticks.
- Place lettuce, tomato, and bacon into a large bowl; toss to combine. Top with avocado slices.
- Serve veggie sticks and bananas on the side.
